Abstract
Early evidence from single-cell RNA-seq studies not only reveals genomic and transcriptomic heterogeneity among individual cell but also highlights acquired translational implications.
This perspective article discusses future clinical implementations of cell-to-cell variability-dependence drug sensitivity to optimize individualization of therapy.
