Most recently, evidence from two Western randomized controlled trials (RCTs) supports the preoperative (Neoadjuvant) chemotherapy for localized gastric cancer while one other Japanese RCT the postoperative chemotherapy after D2 surgery. Which is the most beneficial treatment approach for our patients?
